DEWALT tested the saw by cutting through 4X4 blocks of pressure treated pine wood. They found that it achieved and ample 90 cuts on a single charge of their 20V MAX* 5.0 Ah Lithium Ion battery. The fact that this machine runs on 20v batteries is great, because that means you don’t have to buy separate, larger 40 or 60 volt batteries just so you can run one tool.
DEWALT's 20v MAX system has grown to include four cordless nailers designed for framing, finishing, and even flooring. The new nailers include a Brad Nailer (DCN680B), a Narrow Crown Stapler (DCN681B), and an Angled Finish Nailer (DCN650B). The Flooring Stapler (DCN682 B) can nail down up to 1500 staples per charge!
